Built for 9 years, the Cadillac XLR was the flagship of the Cadillac offering from 2003-2009
The car shares much of the construction with its sibling the C6 Corvette, and was assembled at the Bowling Green Kentucky Corvette Factory
Cadillac chose to power the XLR with a Cadillac 4.6 litre Cadillac exclusive engine and a 5-speed automatic transmission . In 2007, the transmission was upgraded to a 6-speed automatic.
XLR also sported the fully retractable steel convertible roof and enjoys the GM ‘s magnetic ride suspension control system!
This specific car was originally sold by Chevrolet Hummer of Bellevue. Bellevue, Washington State USA on March 22, 2007, vehicle moved to Canada (British Columbia) April 15 2008, and from there moved immediately to Regina Saskatchewan where it was enjoyed by its owner for 13 years. Then it was purchased by the latest owner in Ontario, where he has enjoyed it for the last 6 years.
